The ALSTAR belief is that realities are created by our thoughts and attitudes. We are therefore responsible for what Life brings us. We CAN choose to participate in Life and we can choose not to be victims. We each have the ability to heal ourselves. Choice is the healing key to release disease so we can change our worlds through the power of choice and by aligning with the power of Life that ever flows through all Life forms.  

 

It is often the intellect (the left brain) that blocks this, bringing the feeling of separation and this causes unhappiness and ultimately disease. Negative thoughts which flow against the circulation of the body and mind, produce static vibrations which ultimately adversely affect the emotions and the physical body. This slows down the circulation and eventually leads to a deterioration of the entire support system of the body. The body, being the physical aspect of ourselves, is a powerful tool to awaken us to the deeper issues within.  Until the body breaks down we tend to ignore early warning signals that all is not well.

 

It often requires becoming physically ill to persuade us to change the way we work with our lives. When disease develops we again look outside ourselves and reject our ability to heal ourselves and we look to doctors and therapists to bring about healing.  In other words we give our inherent power to heal ourselves to another.  This approach is an illusion, for healing comes through the Power of Love, the Source of Life within. Healing is team work with the therapist, doctor and patient building towards a common goal.
